To cancel a reservation made after November 11, 2024, enter your complete confirmation number and your email address.

Your confirmation number can be found on your emailed receipt. Please use the email address you provided when you made the reservation.

Find Your Reservation Number

Your reservation number is located at the top left of your emailed or printed confirmation. If you reserved your site online or by phone, a copy will have been sent to the email address provided.

The first part of the number is 2 digits long. The second part, separated from the first by a dash, is 8 digits long.

This number, combined with your email address, is used to find your reservation in the Arkansas State Parks reservation system.

Your Email Address

A valid email address is required to make your reservation online.

Enter the email address that was provided with your original reservation, whether online, by phone or at a park.

You will receive a confirmation receipt of your payment via email at this same address.
