Village Creek State Park

Village Creek State Park offers opportunities to explore a mature, diverse forest and find personal connections to the history and heritage of the Crowley’s Ridge area. At nearly 7,000 acres this is Arkansas' second largest state park, with forested hills, two lakes, and clear streams – a perfect environment for outdoor recreation and nature study. Fishing, paddling, hiking, camping, and birding are all ideal here, along with golfing on the 27-hole championship course. This park also offers reflection on the past as a certified site on the Trail of Tears National Historic Trail, with some of the most intact preserved remnants of the Native American removal trail.
